If you're in need of fishing reel repair, maintenance or upgrade or a custom fishing rod built to your exact specifications, look no further! Our customer service is second to none. We stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction 100%. Reels should have the line removed and be securely packaged along with a work order, insured and shipped via USPS to the address on the work order.
Reel Service
The Reel will be completely stripped to the frame. All parts are cleaned ultrasonically using only biodegradable cleaning agents and inspected for wear. Where applicable, the spool shaft will be polished to remove oxidation. Permission will be requested to replace worn parts before any repair is done. The reel will be properly lubricated and reassembled. The outside is then cleaned and polished before packing for return shipping. Prices starting at $22.00 per reel plus shipping & insurance. Hi-Performance Reel Tuning Upgrade
1.Includes a basic reel service plus polishing of critical surfaces and Boca Bearing Soak Treatment. $32
2. ABEC7 ceramic spool bearings for further and more accurate casting. $29.95/pair Additional Bearings $14.95 ea (A 3rd may needed depending on model)
3. Smooooth Drag Carbontex Drag Washers. $8.00-$10 for most models, others may vary.
4. Model specific upgrades may be available. Please email or call for recomendations and quotes.
Custom Rod Building
A thorough Rod Build consultation will determine the ideal components to fit the intended use and custom details desired. Each component including blank (length, power and action), grips, reel seat, line guides colors and personalization (butt wrap, marbling, decals...) is hand picked. If your not sure of any of the details, not to worry, we're here to guide you. Once components are chosen, a detailed quote will be provided based on retail parts cost and estimated labor. We'll replace tip-tops, re-wrap guides and repair or replace grips and reel seats. Let us know what you need and we'll provide you a full quote.
All work is done on a "First come first serve basis" and while turn-around time varies by season, we'll always provide the fastest turn-around possible without sacrificing quality of work. We accept checks, money order and Pay-Pal. Payment in full is required prior to shipping.
